On Tuesday, 4/20, Apple announced that iOS 14.5 will be available to all iPhone users the following Monday, 4/26. While this software update has been in beta since February, its widespread availability next week will usher in a new era of targeting, measurement, and attribution for advertisers utilizing app ad placements.

Many advertisers have been preparing for the past few months. For information about exactly what advertisers need to do to prepare for iOS 14.5, particularly on Facebook, refer to our earlier blog post: The iOS14 Update: What You Need to Know.
The significance of the iOS 14.5 update on digital marketing will be understood over time and largely dictated by user adoption. Previous iOS updates indicate that widespread user adoption is a few months away.
Facebook has worked to prepare advertisers for the general availability of iOS 14.5 over the past few months, and we outlined the steps advertisers need to take to prepare for this update in an earlier blog post.
Adlucent will be providing updates as this story develops, and sharing our insights on the impact of iOS 14.5 based on our proprietary data findings. For those updates and more, subscribe to this blog or follow us on LinkedIn.
For information on Visual Studio compatibility with earlier versions of NI-DAQmx, refer to ni.com/info and enter the info code NETlegacydrivers. To find and download an earlier version of a driver, refer to ni.com/downloads. Support for 64-bit applications is available in NI-DAQmx 9.2.3 and later for Visual Studio 2010 support, NI-DAQmx 9.6.2 and later for Visual Studio 2012 support, and NI-DAQmx 14.5 and later for Visual Studio 2013.
Note As of NI-DAQmx 14.5, the NI-DAQmx Switch API is obsolete and is no longer recommended for new applications. For more information, refer to ni.com/info and enter the info code switchdriverconsiderations.
The following items are the IDs and titles of a subset of issues fixed in NI-DAQmx 14.5. This is not an exhaustive list of issues fixed in the current version of the NI-DAQmx 14.5. If you have a CAR ID, you can search this list to validate that the issue has been fixed.
Apple launched iOS 14 on 16 September. Since then there have been a number of updates. The most recent updadtes include iOS 14.6, which arrived on on Monday 24 May 2021, iOS 14.5.1 on Monday 3 May 2021, and iOS 14.5 on 26 April 2021.
New features in iOS 14.5 include a way to unlock your iPhone when wearing a face mask, more than 200 new emoji, changes to the Music app and also the music you choose to play on your iPhone, new Maps features in the US, and various other app updates as well as a number of security and privacy enhancements.
ANSYS, Inc. (Canonsburg, PA) has announced the availability of version 14.5 of its ANSYS 14.5 engineering simulation technology. The solution includes new multiphysics capabilities integrated with the ANSYS Workbench platform that the company says will enable improved engineering productivity and innovation. Additionally, ANSYS 14.5 debuts its first chip-package-system design flow methodology for IC designers, ANSYS HFSS electromagnetic field simulation for ECAD design workflows, as well as extended fluid-thermal capabilities.
ANSYS TGrid functionalities are integrated in the ANSYS Fluent environment in version 14.5, which are said to further reduce pre-processing time. CAD readers and new advanced surface meshing capabilities are also integrated and available in a single user environment. Additionally, meshing enhancements allow for higher-quality hexahedral meshes that result in smaller problem size and overall reduced solver time, according to the company.
The 14.5 solution introduces extended fluid-thermal capabilities, such as two-way coupling between fluid simulation in ANSYS Fluent and electromagnetic field simulation in ANSYS Maxwell. The ANSYS Workbench platform supports the coupling of multiple physics models and, when paired with this new feature, users can quickly and accurately predict losses and understand the effects of temperature on material performance in electromechanical devices such as motors and transformers, the company says.
ANSYS 14.5 also sees the introduction of ANSYS HFSS for ECAD design workflow. The ANSYS HFSS for ECAD capability enables engineers to run complex 3D HFSS electromagnetic field simulations directly from the ANSYS Designer layout-based interface and from other popular layout-based ECAD environments.
Hi, Previously, I worked with CFX 14.5 and didn't face weird problems. For example now I imported the same mesh into cfx 19.1 with the exact conditions and materials but I can't run it! It is the same mesh which I imported into cfx14.5 and run it but I see that in cfx19.1 for the domain interface there are some different with ansys 14.5's (please see the pics). I will really appreciate if you help me on this issue. many thanks in advance
now I found the solution. In cfx 14.5 for each domain I have one domain interface but in ansys 19.1 as you see in each domain I have 2 interface regions so for each domain (solid and fluid) I select 2 regions. Now It is running but very very slowly!!
14.5 is a random configuration of five 14 pendants hung from a round canopy. The pendants are designed to hang in a random configuration at times clustering and grouping together and others trailing off. The result is an ambient chandelier or field of light. The pendant drop lengths on this chandelier are adjustable up to the specified maximum.
The Apple Spring Loaded event was packed with loads of announcements. But, in the midst of all that Apple silently stated that in order to use the new AirTag accessory, you will require an update. Said update is iOS 14.5 and iPadOS 14.5, which is all set for release next week.
If we are to take an educated guess at this point then it becomes fairly obvious that Apple would also push out the final builds of watchOS 7.4, tvOS 14.5 and (maybe) macOS Big Sur 11.3 to the public on the same day as well. I say maybe to macOS 11.3 because past experiences have usually shown that Apple takes a while with its desktop OS.
Of course, everyone will be more interested in what iOS 14.5 and iPadOS 14.5 brings to the table. Aside from the obvious support for the PS5 and Xbox Series X controllers, Apple Card Family, new Items tab in Find My app and more. But the most important feature is the ability to bypass Face ID if you are wearing an Apple Watch. This is something which everyone is looking forward to, and we cannot wait for everyone to try it out either.
So there you have it. If you have been waiting for iOS 14.5 and iPadOS 14.5 to arrive, then look forward to next week. Apple has not given a concrete release date apart from 'next week.' But we are assuming that the software could drop on Monday or Tuesday.
Although the on-board voltage in your car is usually given at 12 volts, that is only the voltage of the battery. When the engine is running, the electric generator, also called the alternator, supplies the electrical systems with 13.6 to 14 volts, though some of that always is lost in the wiring. Headlight lamps therefore are designed for 13.2 volts. If you apply more, the lamp shines brighter, but it ages considerably faster, too. Five percent excess voltage costs you 50 percent in lamp life! A lamp that runs continuously on 14.5 volts or more will soon burn out. Excess voltage is the most common cause of premature failure. And 1.5 volts are more than five percent.
iOS 14.5 and later includes an update where the battery health reporting system will recalibrate maximum battery capacity and peak performance capability on iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max to address inaccurate estimates of battery health reporting for some users. 2ff7e9595c
